Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using PeakInfer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

PeakInfer is an inference optimization tool that analyzes code for LLM API usage patterns. We provide a free CLI tool and a paid GitHub Action service.

3. CLI usage

The CLI is free and open source. You provide your own Anthropic API key. You are responsible for API costs incurred through your key. The CLI is provided as-is without warranty.

4. GitHub Action credits

• Credits are prepaid and non-refundable
• Credits expire 6 months from purchase date
• Oldest credits are consumed first (FIFO)
• Credits are pooled at the organization level
• Unused credits are not refunded upon expiration

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the analysis algorithms
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass credit consumption tracking
• Share account credentials

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your code. We retain ownership of PeakInfer, including analysis algorithms, prompts, and infrastructure. Analysis results are yours to use.

7. Limitation of liability

PeakInfer is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that analysis will catch all issues or that recommendations will improve performance. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Unused credits are not refunded upon termination.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
