1. Overview

PeakInfer by Kalmantic AI Labs respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

CLI (Free): No data is collected. Analysis runs locally on your machine. Your code never leaves your system.

GitHub Action: We collect:

• GitHub account ID (for authentication)
• Repository names and PR numbers (for analysis tracking)
• Code snippets sent for analysis (processed, not stored)
• Credit usage and billing information

3. How we use your data

• To provide inference analysis services
• To track credit consumption
• To process payments via Stripe
• To improve our analysis accuracy (aggregated, anonymized)

4. Data retention

Analysis results are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained while your account is active. Code sent for analysis is processed in memory and not permanently stored.

5. Third-party services

• Anthropic: Code is sent to Claude API for analysis
• Stripe: Payment processing
• GitHub: OAuth authentication
• Vercel: Hosting and analytics

6. Your rights

You can request data deletion by contacting us. GitHub Action users can disconnect integration at any time through GitHub settings.
